- You can report content. Kavumi tells you what it decided and why.
1. About these terms

3. What Kavumi does and does not do
Kavumi lets you find independent pros, send booking requests, post jobs and receive quotes. Kavumi does not provide the services, does not employ the pros and does not assign work to anyone.
Each pro is an independent business. The pro sets their own prices, terms and availability, and decides which requests to accept.
4. Your account
You can browse without an account. To send a booking request or post a job, you need one. Keep your login private. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old to use Kavumi.
5. Booking a service
A booking request is an offer to the pro. Your agreement with the pro starts when the pro accepts it, or straight away for listings with instant booking. A request the pro does not answer within 24 hours expires.
Before you send a request, Kavumi shows who you book with: the pro's trade name, legal name, KvK number and address.
6. Posting a job and accepting quotes
When you post a job, verified pros in that category who work in your area can see it and send a quote. Quotes are listed in the order they arrived. Each quote shows how long it is valid.
When you accept a quote, you make an agreement with that pro. Kavumi shares your exact address only with the pro you book.
7. Prices and payment
The pro sets the price. Kavumi does not change it, add fees to it or offer discounts on it.
You pay the pro directly, with a payment method the pro accepts, such as bank transfer, Tikkie or pin. Kavumi does not take payment and does not charge you for using the platform.
8. Cancelling and changes
Each booking shows its cancellation terms, for example free cancellation until 24 hours before the start. To reschedule or cancel, use the booking in the app. [RULES WHEN A PRO CANCELS]
9. Reviews
After a completed booking you can review the pro. Your review shows your first name and the month of the job, and is marked Verified booking. Reviews must be honest and about the job. [REVIEW RULES]
10. Reports and Kavumi's decisions
You can report listings, profiles, reviews and messages. Kavumi reviews reports within 2 working days.
When Kavumi removes content or limits an account, it sends a statement of reasons to the people involved. You can ask Kavumi to look at a decision again via [APPEAL ROUTE], or go to [OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE BODY].
11. Liability
The pro is responsible for the work they agree to do. Kavumi is responsible for running the platform with care. [LIABILITY CLAUSE, TO BE DRAFTED WITH COUNSEL]
12. Complaints
About a job: contact the pro first, through Kavumi messages. About Kavumi itself: write to complaints@kavumi.eu. [CONSUMER DISPUTE BODY AND EU ODR NOTICE]
13. Changes to these terms
Kavumi tells you about changes at least [NOTICE PERIOD] before they apply. Earlier versions stay available below.
14. Law and courts
[GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT]. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
